Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure they are carried out as per drawings, specifications, and schedule.
  
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  
• Interpret technical drawings and plans and ensure accurate execution on site.
  
• Conduct quality control checks and maintain safety standards at all times.
  
• Manage site documentation including daily reports, material logs, and project schedules.
  
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to the site.
  
• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues and escalate unresolved matters as necessary.
  
• Attend project meetings and provide updates on site progress and issues.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering .
  
• Proven experience (typically 25 years) as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
  
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with construction safety standards (e.g., OSHA).
  
• Experience in managing residential/commercial/industrial projects .
  
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
