Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee hospital-based labs and standalone centres across Delhi NCR.

Ensure SLA adherence in sample collection, reporting, and patient satisfaction.

Lead training, mentoring, and performance tracking for on-site lab teams.

• Liaise with hospital staff, doctors, and internal stakeholders.

Initiate academic and marketing events such as CMEs and health camps.

Report directly to Directors and provide ongoing operational insights.

Who Should Apply:

Bachelors degree in healthcare (BDS, BAMS, BHMS) with MBA/MHA preferred

. 3 - 5 years experience in hospital, lab, or multi-centre clinical operations.

• Excellent communication in Hindi and English; confident and resourceful.

Willingness to travel across multiple locations in Delhi NCR.

Ideal Previous Experience:

Hospital floor manager or duty manager (100 - 300 bedded facilities).

Cluster coordinator diagnostics/phlebotomy/logistics

. NABH/NABL Quality Executive.

Medical office ops in IVF, dialysis, OPD centres, aesthetic/derm clinics

. Customer care/operations in healthcare or diagnostics setup.

Compensation & Growth:

Fixed CTC 5.0 -5.5 LPA + performance bonus up to 1 LPA (max 6.5 L).

Quarterly KPI-linked variable payout.

Fuel reimbursement, mediclaim (self + spouse), and certification budget 1015K.

Direct access to top leadership for mentoring.

Career Trajectory:

24 years: Cluster Head 10+ hospital labs and centres.

Progression to Senior Manager / AGM Quality or Projects
