Your role will be to work closely with senior designers to bring ideas to life. Youll dive into concept generation, user journey refinement, and rapid prototyping as a key contributor to projects impacting how businesses manage employee experience globally. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented designer eager to learn while owning critical design tasks in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes based on feedback from your team and stakeholders.Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented precisely, advocating for UX best practices.Assist in research synthesis, creating actionable insights for product improvements.Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas while learning to solve complex problems.Must-Have4+ years of product/UX design experience, with a portfolio highlightingwireframes, prototypes, and user flowsthat align with strategic goals.Expertise inFigmato execute high-quality design, documentation, and prototypesExperience supporting senior designers at various stages of the design processAbility to translate strategic visions into tangible UI/UX deliverables.With strong collaboration skills, you thrive in feedback-driven environments and iterate quickly based on guidance.Passion for design thinkingand eagerness to learn advanced methodologies.Good to HaveB.Des/M.Des in UX, Interaction or Industrial designExposure toenterprise software, HCM, or HR tech.
