Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and driven Area Sales Manager with 710 years of experience in health insurance to lead PoSP channel operations in Panaji, Goa. The role focuses on expanding agent networks, driving health insurance sales, and building a strong local presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and activate PoSP agents specializing in health insurance products.
  
• Drive consistent premium generation through effective field management and agent engagement.
  
• Conduct regular joint field visits and support PoSPs with customer acquisition.
  
• Ensure product awareness and IRDAI compliance among partners.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with agents to reduce attrition and increase activation.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational and underwriting issues.
  
• Submit timely reports and maintain sales data through CRM/MIS tools.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate
  
• 710 years of experience in insurance sales, with 5+ years specifically in health insurance.
  
• Prior experience in PoSP, agency, or broking models is highly preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of health products and market dynamics in Goa.
  
• Proven track record in team/partner management and sales target achievement.
  
• Willingness to travel within the region and conduct regular field visits.
