Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle client queries related to banking products and services in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in banking operations or sales (freshers welcome).
Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.A/B.B.A/B.M.S.).
Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) is required.
