Job Description

Respond to customer inquiries email, in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about health insurance policies, coverage, claims, and benefits.
Assist customers with policy renewals, changes, and cancellations.

Required Candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred ( B.Sc/ B.Com, B. Pharma, Health care Management)
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the health insurance industry.
