Overview

We have an exciting role of Creative Operations Specialist to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop imaginative and dynamic illustrations, storyboards, and concept sketches.
  • Follow established departmental procedures and prepare all digital packages according to the Creative Operations checklist for release to client specific digital vendors
  • Follow design/digital guidelines and standards in collaboration with the Creative Operations Director, Art and UX Team
  • Attend CO hand-off meetings while referring to the CO checklist to ensure that all client/vendor deliverable expectations are met, including additional documentations, while asking all the pertinent questions during the meeting to make sure you have a clear understanding of the project
  • Ensure files are setup according to deliverable spec, e.g., Websites, Emails, iDetails, Social Media Ads, Banners Ads, Interactive PDFs & PDFs, including the correct digital
  • Make sure all directions are clear, and queries are answered. If there are any unforeseen problems on any project inform Project Coordination of additional time required to complete the assignment
  • Double-check all work and pay attention to details
  • Back up all file to LucidLink, make sure job classifications are named accordingly, and all linked files are classified with metadata
  • Follow established departmental procedures for naming conventions, making sure job folders are organized and are backed up properly to the appropriate directory on the CO server
  • Proactively seek work from the Director of Creative Operations and/or peers to assure continuous job flow and to minimize downtime between assignments
  • Practice quality control in all aspects of the role

Additional responsibilities:

  • Establish a positive working relationship with all members of the agency, while representing the department with a professional and team-oriented atmosphere
  • Project a positive, can-do attitude and generate an atmosphere of teamwork and enthusiasm, discouraging negative discourse whenever it arises
Qualifications

This This may be the right role for you if you have

  • 6 - 8 years of experience in creative management and working with creative/ design studios/ Ad agencies/ production houses as a Senior Art Director/ Associate Creative Director
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and solid art direction skills
  • Experience in leading a team of art directors and copywriters to determine how to best represent the creative director's concept.
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary creative teams that handle high-volume requests
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Evaluate staffing and allocate resources appropriately.
  • Worked closely with Creative Project Management, Production and Traffic departments.
  • Manage production artists and assign the right projects as per their skills.
  • Confident and enthusiastic team player, flexible can-do attitude and adaptable
  • Provide solutions and effective communication to build a strong rapport with the team and client.
  • High standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethics
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to priorities projects
  • Ability to lead and influence clients with a strong customer service approach
  • Excellent project management and people management skills
  • Provide guidance to team members on how to improve their work
