Role & responsibilities

Drafting the directors report and filing of annual report

Filing the returns and forms with ROC as required by Companies act 2013

Maintenance of statutory registers as required by Companies act 2013

RBI/FEMA regulations and all compliances.

Proactive advise on matters connected with Companies act 2013 significant to our business Preparing the minutes of Board meeting/Shareholders meeting and Committee meeting (AGM/EGM)

Maintenance and updating of Statutory registers and records

Preparation and filing of XBRL and any other report as required by Companies Act 2013
