Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to lead the Two-Wheeler sales operations across the North & East region, based in Varanasi. The ideal candidate will oversee regional performance, manage a team of cluster and area managers, and drive growth through strong dealer network engagement, team leadership, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales targets and business development for the Two-Wheeler segment across the assigned region.

• Monitor and support the performance of cluster and area sales teams.

• Drive network expansion, dealer engagement, and channel development.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategy.

• Ensure adherence to SLA and compliance standards.

• Forecast sales, manage budgets, and ensure profitability of the region.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for marketing, logistics, and after-sales support.

• Conduct regular training and performance reviews to build a high-performing team.
