The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing schedules, preparing sales documents, communicating with clients, and ensuring that the sales process runs smoothly. This role acts as a key link between the sales team and other departments, helping to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.
Coordinate sales team activities, schedules, and appointments.
Prepare and process sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely manner.
Maintain customer databases, sales records, and reports.
Liaise with internal departments (logistics, finance, production) to fulfill client orders.
Track sales performance and generate reports for the management team.
Assist with the preparation and organization of sales campaigns or events.
Follow up on outstanding quotations and payments with clients.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
