Job Description
- Architect and design end-to-end technology solutions for product
- Collaboration with Product developers/designers/managers for business requirements, deployment and deliverables.
- Introduce and implement innovative technologies and practices to enhance Product functionalities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices and architectural standards.
- Product Roadmap : Design and Drive the Product Roadmap for new features and improvements.
- QA : Ensure the quality and reliability of product deliverables through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Documentation : Create architectural documentation, including design specifications, diagrams, and
- implementation plans.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery. Risk management and Mitigation of the Product.
- Establishing Architecture standards and best practices,data governance policies, and security protocols for data exchange.
- POC,Governance,Communication and Collaboration with Stake Holders.
- Performance Optimization,capacity planning.
- Technical support :Providing support for troubleshooting critical Infra and Application issues and resolving technical challenges encountered during implementation.
- Manage and engage closely with Product lead, technical lead and engineering partners from various vendor and partner organizations.
- 12+ years of experience in executing and implementing enterprise software implementations
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Architect/Product Architect
- Strong foundational experience in product/application design, architecture and maturity specifically in Microsoft technologies, preferably Azure.
- Experience implementing and supporting an enterprise-wide customer and employee enabling systems.
- Strong design, Cloud Infra architecture, and problem-solving skills with knowledge and experience in building solutions.
- Expertise in Hybrid cloud solutions (desirable) Azure, GCP cloud related Infra and Deployment Architectures.
- The position requires good understanding of product and change management to drive
- the technology modernization agenda.
- Handson experience in UI development, Microservices based architecture, database design, using any middleware solution
