Job Responsibilities:Food and Grocery Deliveries: Deliver food and grocery orders from restaurants or stores to customers' addresses within the specified time frame.

 

Timely Delivery: Ensure that deliveries are made on time and in proper condition.

 

Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders, delivery time, or any issues that arise.

 

Follow Delivery Routes: Use the platform's app to navigate and follow the most efficient delivery route for quicker delivery.

 

Handling Orders with Care: Ensure that the food and groceries are handled with care and delivered without any damage.

 

Maintain Hygiene: Follow safety and hygiene standards while delivering food or groceries to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Report Issues: In case of any delivery issues (wrong address, unavailable customer, etc.), report to the support team.

 

Manage Payments: Collect payments if required (depending on the platform), or ensure cashless transactions via the app.

 

Adhere to Safety Protocols: Follow traffic rules, wear a helmet (for bike deliveries), and adhere to road safety standards.
