Role: To plan, organize & implement recruitment and people development activities for promoting competence & motivation in employees & thereby achieve higher levels of productivity & efficiency. Also plan, develop & propagate healthy work practices leading to better organizational health. Key Responsibilities: To ensure completion of Goal setting, Mid-Year Review & Annual Appraisals as per the intent of the process within time frame for SFD, EFD, Establishment, BRI. To drive capability building initiatives among Managers for performance differentiation, Feedback, Development Dialogue etc. To check the quality of Goals & Appraisal Feedback & suggest correction wherever needed. To drive and facilitate the process of Normalization & finalization of ratings, promotions/up gradations & seek approval from the Management. Ensure timely ACR Data checking, submission of UPP etc To ensure completion of ACR process timely & with accuracy for all on role employees Responsibilities: Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees Assist management in conflict resolution Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 2 - 3 years of experience in HR or related field Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office suite,
