Apart from providing home finance for purchasing a new home or residential plot, SMFG Grihashakti offers loans for home construction, renovation, commercial property purchase, and commercial real estate development. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager located in Morbi. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch sales operations, managing the sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves conducting market analysis, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth branch functioning. Qualifications Sales management, team leadership, and target-setting skills Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills Analytical skills for conducting market analysis and performance evaluation Ability to work independently and handle branch operations effectively Experience in the home finance or real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field,
