Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Manager located in Thanjavur. The Cluster Manager will oversee the operations and performance of multiple branches within the assigned cluster. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, driving sales and business growth, managing and developing staff, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role involves frequent travel within the cluster and regular reporting to higher management. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in sales management and business development Proficiency in financial and operational management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and generate reports Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned cluster Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Previous experience in the financial sector is a plus Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach,
