    About Us: We are a growing software development company specializing in ERP solutions tailored for small and mid-sized businesses. Our ERP platform simplifies operations, enhances efficiency, and supports data-driven decision-making for sectors like manufacturing, trading, retail, and services. Job Description: We are looking for a Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in selling ERP solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable meeting clients face-to-face, understanding their operational pain points, and confidently presenting our ERP product as the best-fit solution. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify leads through market research, cold calling, and networking. Visit clients in-person to pitch and demonstrate our ERP solutions. Understand client business processes and suggest relevant modules of our ERP. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Collaborate with the product and tech teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Prepare and deliver sales reports and market insights to the leadership team. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in selling ERP/CRM/SaaS products to businesses. Proven track record of field sales and deal closures. Strong understanding of business workflows, especially in manufacturing, trading, or retail domains. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluent in English and local language. Own vehicle and willingness to travel for client meetings. Preferred: Experience selling ERP to SMEs in sectors like spices, food processing, or trading is a strong plus. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
