- ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Executive Business Development who will be responsible for the expansion of the Home Nursing & Rehab business. The position requires an energetic, committed individual with experience in the healthcare industry. He/ She will have to identify new markets and come up with innovative ideas and solutions suitable for the expansion of the business vertical. He/ She will work collaboratively with the Operations, Sales, and expansion network. He / She will also be responsible for building long-term relations with relevant institutes for placing talented healthcare providers. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Provide direction for expansion of the Home Nursing & Rehab business unit Work closely with management to define strategy for scaling up of business and enhance the brand focusing on both financial gain and customer satisfaction Develop both long and short-term goals for accomplishing organization growth. Research and identifying potential markets in different locations and laying the foundation for the Home Nursing & Rehab business Developing innovative business models, services, offerings etc to increase organization revenue Partnering with relevant organizations or institutes to create a pool of home healthcare professionals Create and implement world class skill development courses to help train and recruit home healthcare professionals QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Graduation or Post Graduation in Business or Healthcare Administration with sound education and proven track record Minimum 2- 4 years experience in business development of healthcare industry. Experience in Home Healthcare is an added advantage Proven success in relationship development and training or mentoring of team members Good communication and writing skills PREFERRED SKILLS Experience in setting up healthcare institutions or centers Communication and negotiation skills Time management and planning skills Ability to build rapport Good interpersonal skills LOCATION Kochi,
