Job Description
Looking for Customer Service Executive for handling Orders, Complaints, Vendor Registration, Billing, Tax Formalities , Generating Invoices , E-mailings etc .
Roles and Responsibilities:-
1. The Candidate should take care of daily order execution, renewal reminders, complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. Follow up to ensure resolution.
2. Keep records of client information, create client accounts and file / share new client related documents, Vendor registration or Tax formalities related documents.
3. Handle billing related tasks such as getting or following up clients on email/call for POs/ROs, raising appropriate invoices as per released POs, sending invoices to client as soft copy as well as hard copy. Submit invoices to online billing portal specific to client.
4. Collection for past due invoices , regular followup for keeping the billing cycle smooth. Sharing ledger and due invoices list , preparing and sharing XL sheets with clients , applying TDS info to the ledger. Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines.
5. Identify and assess clients needs to achieve Customer Satisfaction.
6. Maintain the database provided up-to-date in the recommended format. Getting billing responsibility letter/ POs signed and stamped from clients and maintaining them in a file.
7. Catering to clients address change, GST info change etc. with proper initial check. Coordination with company C.A. in case of TDS or GST related clients queries and replying back to client with the solution.
8. The candidate should coordinate with technical team to understand which orders are complete or pending, need renewal or need suspension.
Expiring the services in hostin billing portal according to clients service cancellation/ termination.
9. Sending renewal reminders via email or phone to clients whenever required in advance before service is due for renewal. Making client aware of new renewal options/cost for new plans as and when needed.
10. taking monthly review of clients accounts where large dues are there and insisting client to clear the dues urgently. Identifying such clients and inform seniors regarding that.
11. Maintain relationships with clients by providing sales information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
12. The Candidate should have the basic knowledge about Taxation.
13.
Primary knowledge of Google G-suite billing and AWS billing will be a plus point.Skills:-
1. Excellent convincing skills
2. Experience in a CRM role/ tele-sales will be preferable
3. Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
5. Strong organizational skills.
Experience:
Six Months to 2 years of Experience needed in Client Relationship/Customer service.
Basic knowledge of IT technologies preferred.
