Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Manual Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manual testing methodologies, test case creation, and defect tracking, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software Responsibilities : Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Design, develop, and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test scenarios. Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). Collaborate with developers and business analysts to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure software compliance with business requirements and quality standards. Maintain documentation of test results and QA artifacts. Continuously contribute to process improvement and QA best Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases. Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr). Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). Good understanding of databases and ability to write basic SQL queries. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
