Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  
• Conduct background verification, document verification, and BGV for candidates.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during talent acquisition processes.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
  
• Provide support in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in human resource management or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of HR operations, including recruitment, background screening, and onboarding processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
