Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Training, supervising, and evaluating staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to store policies.
- Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records, ordering and stocking merchandise, and minimizing waste.
- Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Sales Performance: Assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, implementing promotional campaigns, and improving merchandising strategies.
- Store Operations: Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to safety standards.
- Leadership: Providing leadership and guidance to staff, creating a positive and productive work environment.
- Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving problems quickly and efficiently, ensuring smooth store operations.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques.
- Experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
