Job Description

Maintenance, stimulations and assays using animal cell lines
Establishment of mouse bone marrow-derived MSC cultures
Gene cloning and generation of knock out cell lines
Performing qRT-PCR, ELISA, Western blotting etc.
Data analysis, data compilation and manuscript writing.

Experience

Proficiency in molecular biology and immunology techniques
Hands-on training in gene cloning
Experience in animal cell culture
