Role & responsibilities
The PMO Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating the actions of the Project Management Office covering his / her different speciality(ies) and domain(s) of Bid / Project Management. In the scope of his / her speciality, the PMO Specialist is responsible to: Develop, deploy and improve standards (governance, processes, methods and tools) for bids and projects management within the organization. Contribute to and support his / her specialties(s) Support and challenge teams with a coaching posture in his / her area of expertise Organize dedicated meeting with the Core team, Produce and analyse KPI Participate as needed to progress meetings, bid and project reviews. Capitalize on best practices and proposing recommendation and improvement. Transversally disseminate and share best practices and recommendations at the state of the art Possible specialities are: structuring, scheduling, estimating, risks and opportunities management, executing and reporting. Some additional activities can be associated to each speciality. For planning speciality: Identifying the deliverables, contents and follow them thought the project with rescheduling as necessary. Implementing the assessment of the performance of the monitoring of the bid/project.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Salesforce Cloud, SAAS, Define requirement to business and bridge gap between business and Developers, Define user stories, scrum master
Shift: 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm
