Ekshvaku Tech Innovations is a global provider of cutting-edge technology solutions. We are currently hiring a QA Automation Engineer to enhance and optimize the QA processes for one of our key clientsa leader in the telehealth domain.
Role Overview
Were seeking an experienced and driven QA Automation Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of software products through comprehensive automated testing. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to build robust test frameworks, identify bugs, and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Testing
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
- Ensure thorough test coverage across core features and critical workflows.
Defect Management
- Identify, document, and track bugs using standard defect tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers and QA team members to ensure timely resolutions.
Collaboration & CI/CD
- Work alongside developers, product managers, and fellow QA engineers in Agile sprints.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for streamlined releases.
Performance & Security Testing
- Conduct API, performance, and security testing to ensure optimal application reliability and compliance.
- Help maintain security protocols and compliance standards.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with the latest testing tools, trends, and best practices.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance QA workflows.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation.
- Experience with SaaS products or high-growth startups is a plus.
Technical Proficiency
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent.
- Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Experience with CI/CD tools, version control systems, and modern IDEs.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
