Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee civil construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  
• Manage site operations, including supervising laborers, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project progress.
  
• Conduct regular site monitoring to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Develop detailed designs for building structures, roads, bridges, etc., using software such as AutoCAD or similar tools.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to infrastructure development.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in civil engineering with expertise in B.Tech/B.E. (Civil) degree holders preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, including structural analysis and design calculations.
  
• Proficiency in CAD software like AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Office applications an added advantage.
