Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Investor to purchase, manage, and grow our real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing real estate markets and identifying investment opportunities, providing advice on investments, managing and tracking existing investments, sourcing capital, and negotiating deals.

Real Estate Investor Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze real estate markets to identify the best locations for investment
• Develop strategies for new investments, including collateralized debt and rental properties
• Understand and adhere to rules and regulations governing real estate investments in the local market
• Monitor the real estate market to identify new investment opportunities
• Conduct due diligence on potential investments to ensure they fit the companys requirements
• Negotiate deals with potential investors and lenders
• Analyze real estate documents to ensure legal and financial requirements are met
• Collaborate with lenders, brokers, and legal teams to complete deals
• Manage and track investments to ensure profitability
• Review rental agreements and assist in tenant placement
• Provide guidance and advice on potential investments

Real Estate Investor Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance or related field and an MBA is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in real estate investing
• Proven track record of successfully concluding numerous real estate transactions
• Knowledge of financial strategies, cash flows, return on investment and market trends
• Demonstrated experience in evaluating, analyzing and closing real estate investments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office, financial analysis software and online investing tools
