Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented Tele callers to join our dynamic team. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to qualify prospects.
Clearly and effectively communicate information about our products/services to customers.
Understand customer needs and requirements to offer relevant solutions.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and customer interactions.
Follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Continuously update knowledge about our products/services and industry trends.
