Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to edit high-quality video content across multiple formats and platforms especially social media. Youll work closely with our creative directors, content creators, and marketing team to craft compelling narratives, boost engagement, and stay ahead of digital trends. Familiarity with modern editing styles, motion graphics, AI editing tools (e.g., Runway, Descript), and platform-specific content strategies is a must. Responsibilities: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, platform-optimized videos Add music, sound effects, graphics, and animations as needed Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align video content with brand identity Stay updated with trends in short-form and long-form content Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, subtitles, hooks, etc.) Implement AI-powered tools to speed up workflows when applicable Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines Requirements: 3+ years of experience in professional video editing Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling Experience editing for social media platforms and understanding what performs well Knowledge of basic color grading, audio mixing, and visual effects Bonus: Experience with AI tools (e.g., Runway, Pictory, Descript) Excellent communication and time management skills Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Performance bonus Work Location: In person,
