Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Kanpur & Lucknow

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: 35,000 per month + Incentives + Allowances

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive business growth in Kanpur and Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in field sales, strong market understanding, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

• Visit clients/customers to promote and sell products/services

• Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, or direct clients

• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer service

• Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve client issues

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (FMCG, banking, real estate, etc.)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Target-driven with good negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools

• Willingness to travel locally

• Familiarity with Kanpur/Lucknow market preferred
