Role Description : BG Tech is looking for a motivated and technically proficient Network Engineer with 13 years of experience in enterprise networking environments. The ideal candidate will be skilled in configuring VLANs and Layer 2/3 switches, and will play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing our network infrastructure. Responsibilities & Skills : Configure, manage, and troubleshoot VLANs, Layer 2, and Layer 3 switches Design and support enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure Monitor network performance and ensure reliability Perform routine network maintenance and firmware updates Resolve technical issues related to networking hardware/software Maintain accurate documentation for network configurations and changes Collaborate with project and IT teams to deliver network-based solutions Required Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 13 years of hands-on experience in network engineering Strong understanding of VLANs and Layer 2/3 switch configuration Experience with Belden-managed switches is a plus Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, subnetting, and routing protocols Proficiency in Troubleshooting network issues and Network Security Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools Knowledge of basic network security principles Excellent analytical and communication skills Preferred(Good to Have) : Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, etc.) Experience in OT or industrial network environments How to Apply : Send your resume and cover letter to hidden_email and hidden_email with the subject line: "Network Engineer IT/OT Application [Your Name] [Job Code: BGT097]" Please include the following information in your application: Can you start immediately Are you comfortable commuting to this job's location Years of Experience: Current Total Compensation (CTC): Expected Total Compensation (ECTC): Notice Period: We must fill these positions urgently, so prompt applications are appreciated!,
