- JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Title: Assistant Manager Marketing (Electrical) Location: Mumbai, Pune and Kolkata Job Type: Full-time No. of Positions: 03 About Us: Lecon Energetics is a young, dynamic and growing organization doing business in power system studies and protection up to 220KV, motor starting solutions up to 11kV/20MW and power quality products for industries and utilities. We manufacture FCMA soft starters along with a host of other products such as soft starter panels, VCB Panels, Capacitor Panels, e-ASR and Detuned Filters. Our MV starters power heavy pump-sets, compressors in a range of industries from Oil and Gas, Water Supply, Pharmaceuticals, etc. We have international presence in Oman, Saudi Arabia, Thailand and many more other countries. Job Summary: Assistant manager Marketing (Electrical) job requires understanding customer requirements, technical specifications in tender to give the best techno commercial offer, negotiate, finalize contracts, give technical presentation etc., This role requires a unique combination of electrical engineering expertise and marketing acumen to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products to both technical and non-technical audiences. Key Responsibilities: Understand technical specification and give techno-commercial offer. Develop technical content for marketing materials, such as white papers, case studies, blog posts, and sales presentations. Negotiate and receive the order. Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns for electrical products. Give technical presentations. Lead the marketing engineers. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. A Masters degree is a plus. Minimum 1 3 years of experience in a marketing role within the electrical engineering industry. Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles and products. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
