Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps / Platform Engineer with deep expertise in Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and multi-cloud deployment strategies. You will play a key role in managing scalable infrastructure for both multi-tenant SaaS and dedicated cloud deployments. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces modern technologies, and is enthusiastic about the transformative potential of AI. Key Responsibilities Kubernetes & Containerization Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes (including self-managed clusters). Handle both on-premises and cloud-native Kubernetes deployments. Infrastructure as Code Implement and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and other IaC tools. Automate provisioning and environment setup for scalable, repeatable deployments. Cloud Agnostic Deployments Build and manage applications across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and on-prem environments. Ensure seamless operations across multiple cloud infrastructures. Deployment & Environment Management Manage deployments for multi-tenant SaaS applications. Set up and maintain dedicated customer instances in their own cloud environments. Support deployment pipelines from local development to production. Monitoring & Application Hardening Set up performance monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system health. Implement application hardening and security best practices to protect services and infrastructure. Collaboration & Agile Practices Collaborate closely with a small, agile team of engineers. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Adapt quickly to evolving requirements and project needs. Forward-Looking Technologies & AI Stay curious and experiment with new tools. Embrace the use of AI developer tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf) to increase productivity and improve workflows. Required Skills & Experience 46+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or related roles. Strong Kubernetes experience (self-managed and cloud-based). Proficiency with Terraform and other IaC tools. Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure across multiple providers. Experience in SaaS deployments, especially in multi-tenant and dedicated environments. Comfortable working in dynamic, collaborative, and startup-like environments. Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.). Security-aware mindset with exposure to application hardening techniques. Nice to Have Exposure to AI tools or frameworks in development environments. Previous experience in startup or fast-growth tech companies. Certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, or Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD, etc.).
