Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager International Sales Location: Noida Shift Timing: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST Salary: Up to 5 LPA Experience Required: 2+ Years (Preferably in Ed-Tech) About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our international sales team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the Ed-Tech sector, and possess strong communication skills, confidence, and a track record of delivering results in a competitive environment. Key Responsibilities: Drive international sales and build a strong pipeline of potential clients. Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand company reach. Pitch and promote Ed-Tech products to overseas clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and maintain long-term partnerships. Work collaboratively with marketing and product teams to align strategies. Provide regular sales reports and insights to the leadership team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in international sales, preferably in Ed-Tech. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High confidence and persuasive presentation skills. Strong understanding of global sales dynamics and client handling.
