We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing initiatives and drive strategic growth. Role Overview: As the CMO, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing and communication strategies of the company. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, develop high-impact campaigns, and collaborate closely with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals. This is a senior leadership position ideal for someone with a strong background in branding, digital marketing, and business development. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead the marketing team in planning and implementing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media. Drive brand positioning, storytelling, and awareness efforts for both the agency and its clients. Identify market opportunities, conduct competitive analysis, and define target audience segments. Oversee client acquisition strategies in collaboration with the sales and business development teams. Manage the companys online presence, including social media, website, and content marketing. Measure marketing performance and adjust strategies based on data and insights. Collaborate with creative, strategy, and sales teams to deliver cohesive and impactful brand solutions. Requirements: Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior marketing role, preferably in branding, consultancy, or creative industries. Strong leadership and team management skills. Deep understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, content marketing, and media planning. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools. Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
