Profile Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our Mumbai team. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients who have already expressed interest in hair transplant servicesno cold calling!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  Handling Outbound Calls

 

Reach out to leads generated through social media platforms and other sources.

Initiate meaningful conversations to understand their hair-related concerns.

 Lead Engagement & Follow-ups

 

Educate clients on available treatment options and address their queries.

Build rapport and trust to encourage consultation bookings.

Proactively follow up with potential clients to maximize conversions.

 Customer Interaction

 

Collect key information such as duration of the issue and when it first appeared.

Clearly explain procedures, benefits, and next steps.

 Data Entry & CRM Management

 

Accurately log client interactions, data, and appointment schedules into the CRM system.

Ensure all customer information is kept up-to-date and organized.

 Target Achievement

 

Work towards and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly consultation booking targets.

 Team Coordination

 

Collaborate with sales and clinic teams to ensure smooth handovers and appointment scheduling.
