We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team, focusing on the creative aspects of both our digital marketing initiatives and event-based projects. Job Description: As a Graphic Designer at Mainframe Networks, you will be responsible for producing visually compelling designs for both digital marketing campaigns and live events. Your work will be pivotal in shaping the visual identity of our clients brands, ensuring that our events and marketing materials are aesthetically engaging, on-brand, and aligned with client goals. Key Responsibilities: Design eye-catching graphics for digital marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, email templates, and website content. Create event-related designs, such as invitations, signage, brochures, and stage designs. Collaborate with event planners, marketing teams, and clients to develop design concepts that effectively communicate brand messages and resonate with target audiences. Ensure all visual designs maintain consistency with client branding and messaging across various digital and print platforms. Prepare artwork for both digital and print production, ensuring all files are optimized and ready for production. Assist in developing creative assets for video marketing, such as thumbnails, motion graphics, and interactive visuals. Stay up-to-date with current design trends, digital marketing practices, and event branding innovations to deliver cutting-edge work. Work within project timelines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and event-related design work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design software. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. Experience designing for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and print media. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and web design is a plus. Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and create designs that engage and inspire. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment. Experience with video editing or animation software is a plus. Preferred Experience: 4+ years of experience designing for live events, including event signage, digital screens, and printed materials.
