Job Description We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with a strong background in back-end web development and a proven track record in client-facing roles within IT service organizations. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and communication skills to deliver high-quality software solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Roles And Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Implement efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code following best practices and coding standards. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Work on database design, data modeling, and queries for application development. Apply object-oriented programming (OOP) principles for clean and maintainable code. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed. Troubleshoot and debug existing applications and resolve technical issues. Skills And Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 3-4 years of professional experience in Python development. Proven experience working with IT service-based projects. Strong exposure to client communication and requirements gathering. Proficient in back-end web development and software architecture. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
