Position : Internal HR Executive (Non IT requirement)
Experience : Fresher to 2 years
Salary : As per company standards or 30% hike on current salary
Working days : 5 Days and 2 fixed week off
Working Hours : 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Location : BTM, Layout, Bangalore
Description
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in recruitment and a strong understanding of the job market context in India. They should be a self-starter, able to work independently and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates using various methods such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the position
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system
- Negotiate salary and job offers with candidates and provide feedback to hiring managers
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract talent
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of job market trends and recruitment best practices in India
- Strong sourcing, screening and interviewing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics
