Designation: Executive/Senior Executive

Department: Central Disruption and Schedule Management (Flight Operations)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle flight delays & planned schedule changes with a specific time frame.
• Implementation of flight schedule changes on Navitaire.
• Responsible for Delays intimation to passenger and maintain all records.
• Coordinate with all concerned departments.
• Preparation & analysis of reports.
• Maintain MIS reports on daily, monthly, yearly basis.
• Accountable for all the schedule changes information via SMS and Email.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English is must.
• Working knowledge of Ms. Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong decision making and problem solving ability.
• Qualities of being -Organized, Disciplined and Result Oriented.
• Ready to work in 24*7 working environment.
