Job Opening: Customer Service Executive (Voice Process US Healthcare)


Location: Airoli Mindscape , Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra


Interview Mode: Walk-In (Face to Face)

Time: 3:00 PM 4:30 PM (Daily)


About the Role


We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our Inbound Voice Process (US Healthcare domain). If you have excellent communication skills and are looking to start or grow your career in the BPO industry, this is your opportunity!


Job Details

  • Job Title: Customer Service Executive Voice (US Healthcare)
  • Process: Inbound Customer Support Voice
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Shift: Rotational (Majorly Night Shifts)
  • Week Offs: Any 2 days in a week
  • Joining Timeline: Immediate (May June)

Eligibility Criteria Education:

  • Graduate or HSC Pass
  • Note: Technical or Hotel Management graduates are not eligible

Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome
  • Prior BPO experience (with complete documents) is an advantage

Other Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken English communication skills
  • Minimum Svar Score: 55+ (Voice & Accent + Aptitude Test)
  • Typing Test: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
  • Full-time students are not eligible

Salary & Benefits

CTC for Freshers/Experienced: 3,10,000 LPA

Night Shift Allowance: 0 to 3,000 per month

Transport: Night home drop provided


Candidates outside transport boundary or self-traveling are not eligible


Documents to Carry (for Walk-In Interview)

  • Original Aadhar Card & PAN Card
  • Double Vaccination Certificate
  • Updated Resume (Hard Copy & Soft Copy)
  • QR Code for scanning at Mindspace Entry Gate

Important Notes

  • Daily Walk-In Interviews
  • Profiles for SVAR Test must be shared 1 day in advance
  • Face-to-Face Interview Timing: 3:00 PM 4:30 PM
