Interior Site Supervisor @ Dream Modular

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Interior Site Supervisor with 13 years of experience in supervising interior fit-out works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily on-site activities, coordinating labor and vendors, and ensuring that work is completed as per design specifications and timelines. The role will involve close coordination with the Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at the site (modular furniture, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.)
  
• Interpret AutoCAD drawings and BOQs to guide on-site execution
  
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and the design team
  
• Ensure timely completion of work with attention to quality and safety
  
• Manage labor, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity
  
• Track site material requirements and stock availability
  
• Maintain daily work logs and provide updates to the Project Manager
  
• Address and resolve on-site issues and client concerns when necessary

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in site supervision, preferably in interior projects
  
• Education: Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Interior Design (preferred)
  
• Skills:
  
• Hands-on experience with interior site execution
  
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings (AutoCAD)
  
• Good communication and labor management skills
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities on-site
  
• Languages: English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred)
  
• Other Requirements:
  
• Willing to travel within project sites
  
• Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred)
  
• Punctual, detail-oriented, and responsible
