Product Manager @ TAC Security

Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and optimization of our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SaaS product management, understands user needs deeply, and can work cross-functionally to drive product innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for our SaaS platform aligned with company goals.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders, customers, and market research.
• Create clear product specs, user stories, and wireframes to guide development.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver product features on time and with high quality.
• Analyze product usage metrics and customer feedback to inform decisions and iterate on the product.
• Act as the voice of the customer to ensure the product delivers real value.
• Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends to keep the product ahead of the market.
• Define success metrics and drive product performance using data.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 10 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful SaaS product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable with data analysis tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL).
• Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, and integrations.
• Strong UX/UI instincts and experience working with design teamse
