Job Description

Familiarity with coding guidelines, Medicare/Medicaid rule & third-party payer policies
To develop & implement quality assurance processes & audit tools
Resolve coding related denials, identify trends & provide inputs to keep coding denials in check

Required Candidate profile

Excellent communication, & coaching skills to provide feedback & training
Strong Knowledge of E/M, MIPS & Denials is must
Advanced knowledge of medical coding systems including ICD-10-CM, CPT, & HCPCS
