Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver engaging robotics and coding training sessions for students across various age groups.
Create and implement hands-on robotics curriculum and innovative project ideas, ensuring lessons are interactive and cater to different learning styles.
Guide students through designing, building, and programming robots, providing technical support and troubleshooting as needed.
Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to maximize learning outcomes.
Maintain, manage, and troubleshoot robotics kits, software, and classroom resources.
Collaborate with other trainers and educators to integrate robotics into broader STEM programs.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotics, coding platforms, and educational technologies to continuously enhance training content.
Organize and facilitate robotics competitions, workshops, and events to inspire and engage students.
Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed during all practical sessions and workshops.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree or Diploma in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC), Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduates and diploma holders with strong foundational knowledge in robotics, electronics, or coding are encouraged to apply.
Solid understanding of robotics systems, embedded systems, programming (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms), and automation technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate students.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners of varying backgrounds.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and classroom management skills.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring the next generation of innovators.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
Experience with microcontrollers, sensors, actuators, and robotics hardware.
Prior teaching or training experience in STEM fields.
Familiarity with educational robotics kits and coding platforms.
