Job Description:
We are hiring Health Care Coaches to support patients with their health journey after hospital discharge.

Your Responsibilities:

• Talk to patients over the phone and check on their health status.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to help them manage chronic or serious conditions.
• Guide and motivate patients to continue care and enroll in our health programs.
  

What Were Looking For:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (any South Indian language is a bonus).
• Strong listening skills and empathy.
• Passionate about helping people and improving patient care.
• Clear and confident speaking ability.
  

Eligibility:

• Bachelors degree in a health-related field such as:
  Paramedics, Clinical Psychology, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Nutrition, or similar.
