About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong foundation in software engineering and deep hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines, Python API, and observability tools. The ideal candidate will contribute to automation, deployment, monitoring, and the overall reliability of mission-critical platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitLab.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python for operational efficiency and infrastructure management.
• Build, monitor, and optimize observability stacks using Grafana, Kibana, and associated logging and metrics tools.
• Work collaboratively with development teams to integrate infrastructure as code and promote DevOps best practices.
• Enhance system reliability, availability, and scalability across environments (development, staging, and production).
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues proactively using observability metrics.
• Ensure secure code deployment and rollback strategies are in place.
• Conduct post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and process improvements.

• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or Docker/Kubernetes
• Familiarity with incident management and SRE practices
