- All customers are serviced promptly keeping without compromising with policies laid down by the Bank
- Profitability of the branch that they head
- Business targets allocated to that particular branch are achieved
- Branch Managers are responsible for organizing and executing training programs for all members of the staff.
- They assess the performance of employees and offer feedback and training as required.
- They must inform employees about current sales goals, promotions, as well as other appropriate information.
Branch Manager is responsible for managing and supervising the staff at all branches that fall under their control. They are also responsible for overseeing their Branch operations, often working with customers to ensure efficient operation every day.
