The process trainer is responsible for delivering effective programes to new and existing employess ensuring they gain the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles efficiently this role involves desinging developing and delivering process-related training modules evaluting learing effectiveness and working closely with process owners to ensure updates are effectively commuicated
