Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cybersecurity Trainer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive cybersecurity training programs, both live and pre-recorded, tailored to learners at various skill levels.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver high-quality cybersecurity training sessions (live virtual classes, recorded videos, and workshops).

Develop course materials, hands-on labs, assessments, and certification prep resources.

Stay updated with current cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices.

Engage and mentor learners to ensure effective understanding and application of concepts.

Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure consistent course delivery and promotion.

Provide feedback and support to help learners progress in their careers.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in cybersecurity (at least 3 years preferred).

Strong knowledge in areas such as network security, ethical hacking, SIEM tools, malware analysis, etc.

Certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or similar are a plus.

Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience (online or offline).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Familiarity with LMS platforms and online teaching tools (Zoom, OBS, etc.).


Nice to Have

Experience creating content for e-learning platforms.

Knowledge of current industry tools and real-world cybersecurity case studies.

Ability to adapt teaching style to different learning needs.
