Exciting Opportunity for Mechanical Engineers in Europe & UAE (Dubai)
Are you a qualified Mechanical engineer looking to build a rewarding career abroad We are currently looking for Mechanical engineers in Sweden and Portugal under the Germany Opportunity Card Visa Program.
Mechanical engineers are involved in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of mechanical systems and devices. Their work spans industries like automotive, aerospace, energy, manufacturing, HVAC, and robotics
Major Responsibilities :
Design and Development
Create 2D and 3D models of mechanical components using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).
Develop prototypes and perform simulations to test performance.
Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes.
Research and Analysis
Research to innovate or improve mechanical systems and products.
Perform engineering calculations (thermal, fluid, structural, etc.).
Analyze test results and revise designs to meet performance and safety standards.
Production and Manufacturing
Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure products meet design specifications.
Develop and optimize manufacturing workflows and tools.
Implement quality control systems and lean manufacturing principles.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Diagnose mechanical failures and recommend corrective actions.
Design maintenance schedules for machinery and systems.
Implement solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
Project Management
Plan and manage engineering projects, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, technicians, and clients.
Ensure projects comply with engineering standards and safety regulations.
Testing and Validation
Perform stress, fatigue, thermal, and dynamic tests.
Validate prototypes and systems under operational conditions.
Document test procedures and results for analysis and compliance.
Documentation and Compliance
Create detailed technical reports, manuals, and product documentation.
Ensure designs and processes comply with industry codes and government regulations.
Prepare documentation for patents and certifications, if applicable.
